The National Catechetical and Biblical Centre joyfully celebrated the 20th Anniversary of Service of Sr. Ranji Pauldurei, F.M.M., honoring two decades of her faithful dedication to the mission of catechesis and the Word of God.

The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Eucharistic Celebration presided over by His Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. Wimal Siri Jayasuriya, Chairman of the Commission for Catechetics, Education and Bible Apostolate. Following the Mass, a felicitation ceremony was held to express heartfelt gratitude for Sr. Ranji’s selfless ministry in the Tamil section of the National Centre and her tireless service to catechists, teachers, and children across the country.

During the event, Rev. Fr. Pradeep Fernando, National Director, paid tribute to her enduring humility, deep spirituality, and unwavering commitment, saying:

“You have built bridges, shaped minds, and touched hearts all over the country—with gentleness, with prayer, and with great love… Your life is a beautiful witness to the Gospel: humble in attitude, firm in faith, and always ready to serve without seeking the spotlight.”

The celebration concluded with the presentation of a memento of appreciation to Sr. Ranji Pauldurei, symbolizing the collective gratitude of all gathered—clergy, religious, staff, and friends—who stood in admiration of her quiet yet powerful witness to the Gospel.

The event radiated warmth and thanksgiving, becoming not merely a commemoration of service, but a testimony to a life lived in faithful love and simplicity for the glory of God.
